Christine's passion for travel and photography runs deep.  While flying over the Amazon next to mile-high Angel Falls, she recognized a fatal attraction for rainforests. Since then her travel quests have taken her to rainforests in Australia, Peru and Borneo to photograph blue-headed cassowaries, clay-eating flocks of macaws and the antics of orangutans being rehabilitated into the wild.

She recently spent a year living in Southeast Asia, where she dedicated her time and talent documenting stories of how to help and empower those less fortunate for local non-profits, including Blue Planet.

Her curiosity and passion for the world we live in is infectious and she will share it with anyone who cares to listen.

Christine's work has been published in newspapers and magazines. She has been teaching classes and workshops since 2006 and is based in San Francisco.

Christine creates evocative and soulful imagery of people, places and food wherever she travels. You can track her latest doings by friending her on Facebook, following her occasional bird chirping or on her website: www.cksworld.com
